Compliance with Laws and Standards<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The Company shall observe privacy laws, respect social norms and follow internal Company rules in the handling of personal information<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"acc\">2. Management of Personal Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The Company shall maintain a personal information administrator to ensure appropriate management of personal information according to this policy and to familiarize Company officers and employees with proper protocols. The Company shall periodically review and improve on such efforts.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"acc\">3. Acquisition of Personal Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The Company shall acquire personal information by appropriate means and handle such information according to the purposes of use disclosed or announced to Concerned Parties.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"acc\">4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The Company shall not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of Concerned Parties, except as required by laws regarding the protection of personal information. When entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company shall obligate such third party by contract to maintain the same level of personal information management standards as the Company, and shall stringently monitor such personal information management.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"acc\">5. Implementation of Safety Measures<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">To prevent leakage of personal information, the Company shall work to ensure and enhance security and implement other safety control measures.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"acc\">6. Response to Disclosure Requests<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The Company shall follow its prescribed procedures to accommodate without delay any request from Concerned Parties regarding the disclosure, correction, cessation of use, deletion or other handling of personal information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a\">The above policy also applies to the Company&#8217;s website, and the Company will protect any personal information obtained from Concerned Parties. However, the policy applies to no other websites other than those of the Company.
